Dianne Fishel founded Par Excellence
Management Consulting, Inc. in February 2007. She has 30 years experience in strategic planning, geo-marketing, marketing
research, business development, forecasting, site selection, spatial analysis, customer and prospect analytics, salesforce
territory planning, data mining, churn analysis and developing finance and accounting systems for Fortune 500 companies to
small businesses.
Recent
studies include working with an international pet distributor on improving salesforece effectiveness via territory redesign,
developing a prospect list within Metro Atlanta using tax assessor data and GIS for an engineering firm, preparing a
report for a large REIT on demographic and economic analysis on the global real estate shopping center market from 2014-2020,
developing a price elasticity study for one of the top ten QSR restaurant chains, and preparing a competitive analysis on
the Atlanta hotel market. She has helped numerous small business in developing salesforce measurement tools and
reports, analyzing customer data, preparing customer segmentation analysis and sales forecasts, developing ecommerce
websites, designing and implementing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs and writing press releases, newsletters
and social media copy. She has also helped clients in process improvements in operational, financial,
and marketing areas.
She
was a Director of Financial Plans, Reports and Analysis for UPS from 1982-2007, where she served in many capacities in
Retail Services, Market Planning, Strategic Planning, Marketing Services, Customer Service, Operations and Human Resources.
While at UPS, she built a network and optimization model for the 3000+ stores in The UPS Store network, which identified store
location for the next several thousand stores. She was a leader in bringing GIS into strategic planning at UPS,
incorporating spatial analysis into long term planning. Dianne completed all coursework at
the Ph.D. level in Urban and Regional Economics at Georgia State University. She has a Master's degree in Business
Economics from Georgia State Univeristy, a M.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University, and a B.S. in Management/Psychology
from Binghamton University.
